Based in Abbotsford and serving clients across BC, I offer individual therapy, couples counselling, and specialized treatment for insomnia (CBT-i integrated with ACT) through secure online sessions. A Path Forward with your Therapist, Graeme Thompson

Here, you’ll find more than a place to talk—you’ll find a space where you can feel known and accepted; find clarity and meaning through the noise; and develop confidence and competence to take purposeful action.

As your therapist, I draw on a variety of therapies to tailor an approach to your circumstances, preferences, and goals. Some of the modalities we’ll likely use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic and existential perspectives.

With a Master’s degree and six years of experience, I’ve supported people across Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley in person, and online across B.C. and Canada, who’ve felt just like you: anxious, restless, or stuck.
Together, we’ll move toward real change—at a pace that’s right for you.
